Phase One The first development on the site would be the construction of the senior citizen center. The 8,000-10,000 square feet center will provide an auditorium, cafeteria with commercial kitchen, six classroom for E.S.L. and other educational and cultural uses, two healthcare rooms that provide familiar medical treatment including acupuncture and chiropractic massages as well as conventional American medical care. The complex included a Health and Fitness Center that includes a full service health and fitness, an indoor swimming pool, pass and full-line fitness equipment. The following services are planned for the residents:
